Personal ProfileHi all, I am Joe Teh, a registered real estate negotiator based in Mont Kiara. I have joined Propstar Realty in 2018 and I am one of the member in Kevin Teh team. My professional service include residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management.
Prior to joining real estate industry, I was in Hong Kong for four years working as project controller in an electronic component company. I have enjoyed my life working abroad, the unique experience is such a great way to meet different people and to explore different cultures in this dynamic international city, and it also leads me to learn new soft skills to interact with people from all around the world.
After getting started in the real estate business, I had built substantial experience working alongside my clients and had developed negotiation skills, as well as expanding my business network required to succeed in the industry. With the great support from team members and guidance from superior, I saw significant improvement on my closing rate, soon I gained my first recognition award as Explosive Young Star Agent in 2018.
Client‘s satisfaction and the smile on their face are the reasons to motivate me keep providing a high level of service. Today, more than half of my done deals are from repeat clients including a large number of high profile clients or by referral, and I do believe hard work pays off.

Ronnie had also worked in other financial institutions such as banks and insurance companies over the past two decades. However only the investment industry has kept him going so far because he reckons this is a very challenging industry and he can learn new things every day.
With 20 years of experience, Ronnie has earned an excellent reputation in the industry and is decorated with numerous awards. He is currently managing close to RM300 millions worth assets and has 70 advisors under his leadership.
Ronnie has been bestowed with the title of Million Ringgit Producer for 20 consecutive years as well as Top Personal Producer for central region, Master Builder – individual awards, Master Builder – corporate awards, Top MGC awards, Top Ruby Awards, Top UTMA awards, Champion for Branch awards, Top Corporate Sales Awards, 5-Stars Builder and even promoted to Diamond Status in early 2022.

Apart from serving his clients, Ronnie also has a mission to help every family in Malaysia to have financial education, something not provided by the current school education system. Therefore, his team is nowadays aggressively recruiting young graduates and sharing his story and financial knowledge with them to help others.
