Back to year 1994, I was 24 of age and returned from Hong Kong and want to explored Kuala Lumpur, by the time I has a lot of planing because I was young and aggressive, I was IT profession but left it over and join a grocery business with my friends, started a year of business and I decided to quick.
Try and Error, learn and change
A lot people work for half or whole life, they never think about changing the working environment or living, but isn’t for me, I would like to learn and explore more what ever I met and keep me changing to follow the environment, the world is changing , technology, system, and living, if you not follow, not learning and changing, we may left behind, at the end we saw a lot elder just sitting at the kopitiam and talk about history when or if I got this opportunity. Opportunity is always beside you, you are not aware because you are not willing to learn or to change.
Power of Changing
In 2006, I was 37 years old, I was decide to work as graphics designer, but im a IT profession not a graphics media graduated, I was spend 2 years to study graphic design and 3D rendering software, from learning and working , I was become a graphics designer for almost 10 years, from just sitting at office become a interior design for Watch Shop, on site measuring, drawing back to office, make quotation and confirm the price, arranging the factory to produce watches cabinet, and on site assembling showcase just use one night.

Dare to Change
In year 2016, Its my turning point, I have a met a Fengshui Master, First Life, second Luck, and third is Fengshui.
Where you born, its determine you life, you born in rich family, you maybe having good times in childhood, but if you born in a poor family, you were hard time in your childhood, nobody known before born, no body known who its when born, and no one known how successful you are when old, but you can control your work and dare to change to when you have luck. Don’t let your age or your background stop you changing and move forward. Make yourself a target or aim, dare to change and move on.
Determined the Road
Finally I have decided my final road is to be a property agent in my age of 50, no one knows how difficult the roads are but I will across it, and I met a tremendous Leader, this is my luck, I will learn hard and work hard to be a responsive and responsible property agent. No one can judge how good you are or how bad. Its only you can make yourself proud or unknown. No one can make you success if you work but for sure be loose if you are not learning and work hard.
I choose to change and learn by age of 50, and I will work until the end of my life.

My name is JC Tan. I’m newbie real estate negotiator from Propstar Realty Kevin Teh team with one year experience which started March 2019 until now.
I never thought that I’ll join real estate one day when I was still studying because I took Accounting in Tunku Abdul Rahman University College which is a very different thing with real estate. I have not much story to share since this is my first job after I officially graduated from college.
I tried a few part-time jobs, from secondary school until college. Before I stepped into my college life, waitress is very common job for secondary school students especially for us who stay near to Genting Highland so it was the best choice for us. Besides, I worked as a croupier which is a dealer in casino while waiting for my SPM result. When I was in second year of degree, I started my Audit Internship in an audit firm nearby KLCC which actually giving me a lot of thoughts on changing. I realized that I was so afraid that I’ll become lifeless like my seniors one day. They are sitting in front of the laptop and fighting with those figures of the reports and work on those endless workload from morning until night. I’ll be very appreciate if I saw the sunset when I walk out from building. It is very depressing me so I want to try something new and different when I still young for trying.
I was a house leader about 4 out of 5 years when I was in college. I rent a whole unit instead of room and sub-rent to others and I’m the leader in charge of everything related to the unit including communicate with owner and agent. I’m very interested to be involved in doing this role so I decided to join real estate and learn more knowledge about real estate.

Hi all, I am Joe Teh, a registered real estate negotiator based in Mont Kiara. I have joined Propstar Realty in 2018 and I am one of the member in Kevin Teh team. My professional service include residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management.
Prior to joining real estate industry, I was in Hong Kong for four years working as project controller in an electronic component company. I have enjoyed my life working abroad, the unique experience is such a great way to meet different people and to explore different cultures in this dynamic international city, and it also leads me to learn new soft skills to interact with people from all around the world.
After getting started in the real estate business, I had built substantial experience working alongside my clients and had developed negotiation skills, as well as expanding my business network required to succeed in the industry. With the great support from team members and guidance from superior, I saw significant improvement on my closing rate, soon I gained my first recognition award as Explosive Young Star Agent in 2018.

I was a graduate in Information Technology (IT) in year 1998. I chose IT because I believe in future, the world would be heavily dependent in technology. I had worked as a programmer for 10 years since graduated, and that was the longest employed career in my life.
When I have had the toughest time coping with unreasonable bosses, I met with an opportunity to start a career in life insurance, and with the encouragement and support from family, therefore I had embarked on the journey of being a life insurance agent.
I have learnt a lot in sales aspect, a completely new experience for me as my previous background was only dealing with computer programs and systems, but I had coped fairly well and had even achieved double of what I made in my previous job, but that of course included more sacrifices.
After a few years in insurance line, I began to feel that it could not be my lifelong career seeing that I need to put in much time to build relationships with clients but with a family to attend to, the commitment level was not there. At that time, I have met the sifu who had brought me into another career line – real estate.
She was my insurance’s client’s wife, who has been in real estate line for her entire working life. She has encouraged me to look into real estate since I am already in sales line. After giving it some thoughts, I finally decided to give it a try, seeing that I have always had an interest in properties.
Since then, I have begun my venture into the concrete world. It has been a challenging journey but I have never regretted choosing this line because it brings satisfaction when I could successfully match a deal between seller and buyer, the feelings of helping them to solve a pending problem.
Latest: I am currently attached to a property agency known as Propstar Realty, and have joined a fantastic team where they focus in marketing Mont Kiara properties, and all sorts of under development projects as well.
